Specification reviews and trade contractor scope reviews are performed in-house by project managers with engineering backgrounds and purchasing experience in both commercial and residential construction. | LJP provides tailored documentation to comply with and enhance both the builders’ Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and insurance carrier requirements. All field construction consultants have a minimum of 10 years direct construction/building industry experience with industry related degrees and/or certifications. Our photo documentation observations are scheduled, ensuring that we are at the project at the right time and can conduct a complete observation. | ||||||

| LJP is the only third-party company which has all services performed in-house by a department dedicated to post construction services.
